Do you bring all the kitchen equipment?
YES - We bring everything needed to create the menu, including cooking equipment, utensils and serving ware. All we need is access to your kitchen or a suitable prep space as well as a stove top and oven.
Do you provide table settings and styling?
Yes! Each tier of service includes curated tablescapes (crockery, cutlery, glassware) with elevated styling depending on the tier. We will be happy to work with your desired theme and vibe to bring it to life.
Do you cater for special events?
That’s our speciality! Whether its a birthday, anniversary, engagement or a long lunch with the gals - every menu and setting is designed to make your moment memorable!
Can you provide drinks or pairings?
While we don’t currently hold a liquor licence, we would be happy to offer a wine pairing consultation and list of local providers - some of our faves in the business! BYO is welcome!
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely! We tailor every menu to you and your guests preferences and dietary needs. You will receive a client preference form after booking to detail any allergies, dietary requirements and personal tastes.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for the tailored menu and styling. For last minute events - please feel free to enquire and we will do our best to accomodate!
How does payment work?
After we finalise your event details, you’ll receive an invoice via email. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remainder due 3 days prior to your event. Payments can be made securely via bank transfer or online via Square.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior are eligible for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit. All cancellation terms are outlined in our client agreements.
Where do you travel to?
We are based in NSW. We offer services both in the Newcastle and Sydney Regions. Additional travel outside of these area may incur a fee - but feel free to reach out to confirm!
